Our Therapy

Our focus is to provide a holistic counselling service using a variety of modalities such as CBT, IDT, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. We help individuals heal, become more self-enlightened/gain self-awareness, and become aware of their inner strengths and goals. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns and hopes.
